The cleaning experience was less painful and smoother than others I've had. She was careful and thorough, ensuring not too much pain is caused. Quick, smooth, and I've recovered well. I can be a nervous patient but she was warm and lovely throughout so I always felt calm and reassured with her. Highly recommend!

I had a bridge that was coming loose whilst I was on holiday so reached out to the Edinburgh dental team to book an appointment. Then when the issue became more urgent upon my return to the UK, they moved my appointment to see me on the day I returned. The reception team were so communicative and helpful, Ferhan and his colleague resolved the issue swiftly and easily, explained clearly everything that they were doing and were extremely friendly throughout. When an infection appeared around an implant that had been placed at another clinic, Kelsey carefully examined everything and found the cause of the problem. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt I was in very good hands.

Everyone at the clinic is so kind and friendly, and I’m really happy that I found them. A special thank you to Kasia for her help and care, and to the lovely ladies at reception who are always so polite and helpful. ❤️

Procedure was totally pain free, quick and easy. A whole better experience than I had at the hospital when I had my other wisdom tooth out so would highly recommend Niall and the team here. I went in for an emergency appointment due to unmanageable pain, and was seen by Subhan & Becky. Due to anxiety I struggle with dental things in general but the pain was bad enough that I knew something needed to be done. They explained my options to me and made it clear that if I did nothing the pain wouldn’t stop. With the help of both of the wonderful professionals in the room I was able to cope with a very scary  extraction. One of them even blasted let it go from frozen on the speakers to cover my squeals which was very much appreciated

One dentist thourght i needed root canal treatment which i had done, alas no change.
Another thought a fragment which had been left by the dental institute might be the cause.
My dentist referred me to the institute but I have yet to hear from them.
Things came to a head with ny mouth and cheek swelling. Back again at the dental surgery, one of the partners got me to see Kelsey at Edinburgh Dental.
She examined me with extreme care. Farah also came in to look.
It was decided it was very urgent, what I liked was the no hard sell aproach and everything was explained to me to make an informed choice.
The two of them operated on my jaw that day a very difficult operation due to my mouth only able to open very partially.
I wish to thank Kelsey and Ferhan for the  way in which everything was done.
The aftercare was great, two phone calls the next day and follow up appointments aling with a goodie bag!
I have no reservations in recommending this practice to you.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was recently referred to Kelsey at Edinburgh Dental for a wisdom tooth extraction. In my case, this turned out to be far from a routine procedure, for reasons nobody could possibly have predicted - but I was absolutely in the right place when this happened. Between Kelsey, Adrian and Becky, the level of patient care was exemplary. I felt completely safe and at ease in their hands.

When my extraction was actually completed, it went very smoothly and has healed well. I got a handy take-home bag with a cold pack and painkillers, clear aftercare guidance, and the follow-up call the next day. I also had lots of opportunities to ask questions, which is so important when you are dealing with potentially daunting medical/dental treatments. Highly recommended!

I was in a lot of pain when I arrived at the clinic and feeling very nervous.
I was seen by Niall, and he very quickly put me at my ease. He was able to answer all of my questions and proceeded promptly to deal with the urgent need to have a tooth extracted.
It really was excellent service from everyone at the clinic. I cannot thank you enough for getting me through this experience.
I am now planning to have my dental implant carried out by Niall at a later date.

Amazing I love my new tooth I’m so glad I went ahead with the procedure as the result is incredible.the team Dr Ahmed and Kasia made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure and the timing was very accurate with the phone planning from beginning to end . Kasia was on hand when I needed her support even at the weekend she was available to speak to and kept reassuring me. Running is a big part of my routine. I mix up interval training with longer runs and I’m working towards a half marathon this year. I’m always trying to improve my time and keep things moving forward. Outside of that, I play football socially (Everton supporter — for better or worse!) and I’m looking forward to the World Cup, obviously!

I originally studied physiology before going back to train as a dental therapist. I’ve always been drawn to science, but I knew I wanted something a bit more hands-on — a role where every day is a bit different and you’re not stuck behind a screen.

When I’m not working, I like getting away and exploring new places. That could be a quiet weekend in the countryside with friends or a few days in a new city — Lisbon was a personal highlight! I like keeping things balanced — staying active, trying new things, and enjoying the pace of it all.
