Refer a Patient to Edinburgh Dental

For our colleagues at other dental practices

At Edinburgh Dental we are passionate about patient care and we accept independent referrals for dental implants, complex dental implant treatment, surgical dentistry, CBCT scans and OPTs.

We have minimal waiting lists for treatment and we are also happy to accept referrals for urgent dental care to relieve pain where necessary.

We are proud to work with dental colleagues from all over the UK and we aim to build and maintain excellent relationships with our valued referring clinicians to provide your patients with the best possible dental care. Referrals can be made on the form on this page or by calling the practice on 0131 667 4433.

When we have received your referral, an Edinburgh Dental team member will contact your patient to arrange their initial consultation with one of our clinicians at the practice during which we will create a dental treatment plan designed to meet the needs of your patient. Once your patient has completed their care at Edinburgh Dental, we will contact you to update you on the treatment provided and to discharge the patient back to your own care.

If you would like more information on our services, referral processes or even wish to chat with one of our clinicians about treatment options available for your patient, please do contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail. We thank you for your support and look forward to working with you and your patient.

Jack Rollinson

Dental Therapist

Running is a big part of my routine. I mix up interval training with longer runs and I’m working towards a half marathon this year. I’m always trying to improve my time and keep things moving forward. Outside of that, I play football socially (Everton supporter — for better or worse!) and I’m looking forward to the World Cup, obviously!

I originally studied physiology before going back to train as a dental therapist. I’ve always been drawn to science, but I knew I wanted something a bit more hands-on — a role where every day is a bit different and you’re not stuck behind a screen.

When I’m not working, I like getting away and exploring new places. That could be a quiet weekend in the countryside with friends or a few days in a new city — Lisbon was a personal highlight! I like keeping things balanced — staying active, trying new things, and enjoying the pace of it all.
